Galerie des Tuiliers presents an exhibition of Michèle Destarac's work in Lyon.
Over the past four decades, Michèle Destarac has taken part in a large number of group exhibitions (her paintings have been shown alongside those of Tapiés, Tal Coat, Marfaing, Chrisoforou, Michaux, Lindström...) as well as numerous international contemporary art fairs: FIAC (where Galerie Ariel organized two “one man shows” for her in 1987 and 1993), Art Fair Stockholm, Réalités Nouvelles, ST'ART Strasbourg...
Michèle Destarac's work can be found in several public collections: Musée National d'Art Moderne / Centre Georges Pompidou (Paris), Musée de la ville de Vitry-sur Marne, Burden Collection & Carter Burden Collection (New York), Art Gallery & Technic University of Trondheim (Norway)...
The artist is currently represented in France by Galerie des Tuiliers (Lyon) and Galerie Le Domaine Perdu (Meyrals, Dordogne).
