She is developing a practice in which gesture oscillates between minimal purity and the charge of the medium. Combining drawing, printmaking, painting and digital writing, she builds bridges between mediums in order to find their intrinsic inspiration. Her works invite viewers to question their relationship with emptiness and silence. In her practice, she likes to create work protocols that “shift” the gesture to question its limits, notably in collaboration with sound creators and performing artists.
